So something interesting came up at work today.
My manager, and my co-worker and I were all talking about our blood types and its corresponding personalities. I’ve heard of this before because it’s a popular japanese concept and it proves to be true in most cases.
My manager is type A. She’s verrrrrrrrrry anal, she’s very detail oriented, and just wants things done quickly and efficiently. She’s short tempered, and she can be high strung. My other co-worker she’s soooo chill. She’s laid back, calm, and easy going. She’s fun and she likes to joke around and she’s not that serious. She’s blood type B.
My manager asks me, “Miwa, you’re blood type O right? I can tell by your personality.”
I was extremely flattered. People with type O blood tend to become celebrities especially in Japan. They’re known to be organized, responsible and natural leaders.. They’re popular and self confident.
I’m not. I’m AB blood, and I told her I’m pretty sure I’m AB. Just saying “pretty sure” just because it’s not 100%.. Americans don’t really care to tell you what your blood type is because it’s not that big of a deal in American society.. and my parents were never really sure what blood type I was because the doctor’s never informed my parents when I was born.
Anyways. I’m pretty sure I’m Blood Type AB over an assumption that my parents made with their knowledge of their own blood types.
and I was surprised to see how accurate my personality fit with the article’s description of Type AB blood’s personality.

Interesting and rare blood type. Only 2-5% of people are Blood type AB, and people like John F. Kennedy, Mick Jagger and Marilyn Monroe were type AB, classic iconic figures in human history.
